I focus my practice on copyright, trademark and patent litigation representing both businesses and individual authors, artists and other creatives. I have successfully litigated patent infringement, trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition cases in court and litigated trademark cancellation registration and opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I also have an extensive commercial litigation background involving complex contract disputes and business torts with particular knowledge of manufacturing practices, issues arising in the food processing industry and the energy industry as well as property disputes.
I left an AmLaw 100 law firm where I had practiced for the last sixteen years and joined a small firm, Finch & Campbell LLC, to work with my former partners and offer my clients a better value. Before working in a law firm, I clerked for the Honorable Judge Dean Whipple, a federal district judge in the Western District of Missouri.
